Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via either debit or credit card. We use Stripe to process payments and do not retain any of your card details.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the same card made your payment with.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price will be retained. You will be refunded 50% of the consultation price to the same card you made your payment with.

Late Attendance Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, so if you are going to be late for your appointment, please let us know via a call to +61 407 283 534 or email hello@busyfamiliesnutrition.com.au.

Failure to arrive within 10-15 minutes of your appointment time will be considered a “No-Show” and the No-Show Policy will be applied.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to or miss your appointment you will not be refunded. This applies to all clients.

If the cancellation or failure to attend occurs under exceptional circumstances consideration will be given to have this waived.
